Fortunately we are able to offer a virtually uninterrupted service to existing and new clients thanks to the flexible nature of our team, our systems, and our working practices. 

The new 'normal'.

We have implemented remote-working practices in addition to our regular service offering.  Should an existing or new client require a phone/video conference call, or in-person meeting, we are happy to accommodate. 

M&A activity continues despite the pandemic and in certain sectors the demand for acquisitions has increased. We are continuing to advise on existing client deals and have been taking new instructions despite the lockdown and other restrictive measures.
