This would entail obtaining a specification of your requirements and then researching the relevant business sector to identify opportunities that would represent an acquisition target. A discreet enquiry would then be made to establish whether they would contemplate a disposal and we do this without releasing your details until instructed to do so by you.

Alternatively, if you have a specific business or company that would be of interest to you then an approach would be made directly to them in a similar manner. Upon entering into negotiations, we can undertake preliminary and exploratory exercises to obtain facts that will enable you to decide whether it would be worth while progressing matters. We can then assist with the due diligence process and the negotiations surrounding the sale price. As you are our client, our obligation and commitment is to you and therefore we seek to acquire on your behalf on the best terms possible.
